By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

Identity Armour provides software and services for identity governance and continuous risk evaluation. Descriptions on this site are illustrative; the features, limits, and commitments for production use are defined in your order form, statement of work, or online terms presented at purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
• Attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the services.
• Use the site or services to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property, or distribute malware.
• Reverse engineer our software except where permitted by law despite this limitation.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all rights in the Identity Armour name, logos, software, and site content, subject to open-source licenses where noted. You receive no ownership rights beyond what these Terms or your service agreement expressly grant.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ANY TRIAL OR DEMO MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDENTITY ARMOUR AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR MARKETING OFFERINGS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY SUCH AMOUNTS WERE PAID).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Identity Armour against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the site, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, subject to applicable mandatory arbitration or venue rules in your service agreement if you are a paying customer.
